The Butovice Gallery Shopping Centre

In October 2019, the fund gained a major acquisition with Butovice Gallery in Prague. The property is the sixth largest shopping centre in Prague and offers over fifty thousand sqm. of leasable premises located on two above-ground floors. It includes both underground and outdoor parking with more than 1,400 parking spaces. Nearly the whole premises are currently leased to over eighty different tenants. Some of the centre’s most prominent tenants include Albert, H&M and Electro World. In 2016 and 2017, the shopping centre was renovated extensively, and in 2018, Kika furniture store was built next to it. Butovice Gallery is easily accessible by transport and is part of the growing residential and office area near the Nové Butovice metro station.
