INVESTIKA real estate fund purchased the ten properties in regional urban centres across the Czech Republic in July 2017. The tenth building in Strakonice was acquired in May 2019. The buildings mostly offer commercial premises and apartments for lease and are located in Benešov, Boskovice, Frýdek-Místek, Chrudim, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, Moravská Třebová, Nymburk, Sokolov and Strakonice. The total usable area of all the buildings is over 11,000 m2. ČSOB is the principal tenant within this portfolio. Other tenants include Dr. Max and Česká spořitelna.
