INVESTIKA real estate fund purchased ten properties in regional urban centres across the Czech Republic in July 2017. The tenth building in Strakonice was acquired in May 2019. Located in Benešov, Boskovice, Frýdek-Místek, Chrudim, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, Moravská Třebová, Nymburk, Sokolov and Strakonice, the buildings mainly feature commercial premises and apartments for lease. The total usable area of all the buildings is over 11,000 sqm. The principal tenant in this portfolio is ČSOB. Other tenants include Dr. Max and Česká spořitelna.
