Administrative building Avenir E
The administrative building Avenir E is situated in the office district in Prague – Jinonice, near the Nové Butovice metro station. It is a separate structure that is a part of the Avenir Business Park complex. The five-storey building with a leasable floor area of approximately 7,000 m2 was completed in 2008. In the same year, it received the prestigious “Best of Realty” award. A large car park is adjacent to the structure. The main tenants include the branch of the car manufacturer Porsche in the Czech Republic. The INVESTIKA real estate fund acquired the Avenir E building in its portfolio in March 2019.
